Dear Health Seeker,

Have you noticed we live in a country where kids seem to be getting sicker instead of healthier, and where getting older seems to be getting scarier due to the epidemic of disease? But have you also noticed that everything is linked to the food industry for profit through the promotion of processed foods, meat, dairy, and supplements?
I have! So in my 40's, I made the effort to study natural health, nutrition, and fitness!
In 2018, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition, and will finally be completing a Masters at the University of Natural Health in 2026. I never expected to learn as much as I have. Mostly because I've read many books and thought I already knew a lot about the plant-based diet. But the real whole foods diet is based on food in its most original form, Raw Fruit and Vegetables. Moreover, health isn't just based on what we eat. It is a dynamic and complex paradigm.

How we move, where we work, and how we are programmed to think are other major components for health. Contrary to what most people believe, health cannot be fixed with a supplement or tincture of herbs. I mean come on! You can't just eat the procesed and junk food on a regular basis and then just pop a pill to undo the consequences! But that's exactly what the bottled manufacturers want you to think. Health doesn’t come from a long-term prescription from your doctor either. What it truthfully is, is a responsibility. A responsibility to ourselves and our families. Health cannot be bought. It has to be earned.

Besides having a keen interest for health and aging the slowest way possible, I’m a Christian who believes in Jesus Christ. No matter how long and healthy we live, its all for nothing if we don't strengthen our faith and believe in Him. Because the only "longevity" worth fighting for is living forever, with God. Believing in Him takes more than just going to church on Sundays. It takes building a personal relationship with Him. You can't do that by reading the Bible just once or twice a week. God may have millions of followers, but the difference betweem Him and other deities is that He will follow you too if you seek Him. I see that happening in my life. It will move your heart and change your life! The only way to experience it is to read your Bible and listen to what He's saying to you. Not to the world but to YOU. The Bible was designed so that we could have a personal relationship with Him. That's why its called the Living Word.

So if your interested in discovering the true path to healing and health, subscribe to my blog. My blog is very different than what other health and fitness experts promote. Many of them ultimately teach you to follow yourself in the path towards health. I will not. That is what will set me apart from the rest.
I am a nature freak, which means I'm that crazy gal who takes a thousand pictures of the sky and trees (keep scrolling lol). I'm passionate about movement and despise sedentarism. Seeing others sit or lay around for hours by choice is difficult for me to understand. We are made to move! I love the idea of treadmill desks. So I always try to stay physically active during my day. Whether I'm getting on the treadmill, practicing yoga asanas, walking on trails, or just cleaning the house. Jesus never sat around doing nothing. Movement is life!
